By entering this competition, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (Terms) and Epworth’s Privacy Policy. Any breach of these Terms or Epworth’s Privacy Policy may result in disqualification.

Information on how to enter and the prize(s) form part of these Terms. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and any other published material relating to this competition, these Terms prevail.

Permit

This raffle is conducted in Victoria under Victorian Gambling and Casino Control Commission Raffle Permit No. 10033/26, issued on 3 February 2026, and is subject to the Gambling Regulation Act 2003 (Vic) and all conditions attached to the permit.

When can you enter?

  1. This competition opens at 10:00am (AEDT) on Friday 20 February 2026 and closes at 2:30pm (AEDT) on 27 February 2026, unless tickets sell out earlier (Promotion Period). Subject to availability, tickets will be available for purchase:
    1. online until 12pm (AEDT) on Thursday 26 February; and
    2. for any tickets remaining after online sales close, in-person at the Promoter’s Lunch by the Yarra event from 11.30am (AEDT) until 2.30pm (AEDT) on Friday 27 February.

Who can enter?

  1. Entry is open to Australian citizens aged 18 years or over at the time of entry. Employees and office holders of Epworth Foundation, Epworth Medical Foundation Limited, AGS Melbourne Pty Ltd and their Related Bodies Corporate (and their spouse (including de facto spouse), parent, child or sibling (whether full or half blood)) are not eligible to enter.

How to enter

  1. This competition is a game of chance. Skill plays no part.
  2. To enter the competition, you must purchase a raffle ticket for $1,000 during the Promotion Period. There is a maximum of 100 raffle tickets available for purchase. Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability. Each raffle ticket purchased constitutes one entry into the promotion, and multiple tickets may be purchased. Each entry has an equal chance of winning. Entries submitted after the end of the Promotion Period will not be accepted.
  3. We may verify the validity of entries and entrants (including identity, age and place of residence). We may disqualify entrants whose entries do not comply with these Terms or who have tampered or interfered with the entry process.
  4. Each raffle ticket is issued to the person whose name and details are provided at the time of purchase. Tickets are strictly non transferable and must not be sold, gifted, assigned or otherwise forwarded to another person. The name of the original ticket purchaser will be the name announced at the draw. Attendance at the draw is not required to win.
  5. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries may be deemed invalid. We are not responsible for incorrect, incomplete, lost, late or misdirected entries.

Prize details

  1. One winner will receive a 2025 BMW 118, valued at $67,950. The prize includes:
    • 3 years / 60,000 km BMW Service Inclusive;
    • 3 years Roadside Assistance; and
    • a 5 year BMW warranty.

    Vehicle specifications:

    • Colour: Black Sapphire Metallic
    • Upholstery: Veganza Perforated Oyster.

    The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash, credit or equivalent. Any ancillary costs, including but not limited to insurance, ongoing registration, fuel and optional accessories, are the responsibility of the winner unless expressly stated otherwise.

Draw and notification of winners

  1. The winner will be drawn at random at the Promoter’s Lunch by the Yarra event:
    • Date: 27 February 2026
    • Time: 3:15pm (AEDT)
    • Location: Zinc, Federation Square, Corner Birrarung Marr Walk & Russell Street Extension, Melbourne VIC 3000
  2. The draw will be conducted by an independent auditor who is a qualified Certified Practising Accountant or Chartered Accountant, in accordance with the permit conditions. The decision is final.
  3. The winner will be announced at the Lunch by the Yarra event at the time of the draw and published on www.emf.org.au by 10 March 2026. If the winner is not present at the Lunch by the Yarra event, they will be notified on 27 February 2026 via the contact details provided at purchase.

Prize collection

  1. The winner will be contacted using the details provided at the time of ticket purchase.
  2. To claim the prize, the winner must:
    • Provide valid photo identification confirming their identity and Australian citizenship; and
    • Arrange prize collection within 25 days of notification, or as otherwise agreed with the Promoter.
  3. Prize collection will be coordinated directly with Melbourne BMW, 209 Kings Way, South Melbourne, Victoria 3205.
  4. If the prize is not claimed within the required timeframe, the winner may forfeit the prize in accordance with the permit and applicable law.

Warranties

  1. You warrant and agree that:
    1. your entry is not unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, defamatory, obscene, derogatory, pornographic, violent, abusive, harassing, threatening, discriminatory, unsuitable for minors, or otherwise inappropriate;
    2. you have obtained prior written consent from any person who appears in or is identifiable within your entry;
    3. you have obtained prior written consent from any person who jointly created or holds rights in your entry;
    4. your entry does not contain viruses and will not cause harm to any person or entity; and
    5. you will comply with all applicable laws relating to copyright, privacy, defamation, publicity and use of computer or communication systems.

Liability excluded

  1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any loss or damage or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the promotion including a prize or the taking of a prize. We accept no responsibility for any tax liabilities that may arise from winning a prize.

Use and disclosure of your information

  1. By entering this competition, you consent to us:
    1. using your Personal Information to conduct the competition and communicating with you if you win;
    2. publishing or disclosing your Personal Information to State and Territory lottery departments, as required by relevant laws; and
    3. using your name and likeness in any media, worldwide, for an unlimited period for promotional purposes without payment.

Suspension, cancellation, modification or termination of the competition

  1. If for any reason beyond our reasonable control, we are not able to conduct the promotion as anticipated, we may suspend, modify, terminate or cancel the promotion unless to do so would be prohibited by law.

General

  1. We own all entries, including any Intellectual Property Rights comprised in the entries and their content.
  2. Any failure to enforce any of our rights does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
  3. If any part of these Terms is illegal, void or unenforceable, it may be severed and the remainder will continue in force.
  4. These Terms and the competition are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
