The Epworth Medical Foundation can help you use your donation to pay tribute to someone, celebrate a significant event or create a legacy to honour the memory of a loved one.

Your donation can be directed toward an area of your choosing, such as medical services, equipment or research.

In memoriam

When a loved one passes away, you may decide that a donation to Epworth Medical Foundation is a meaningful way to pay tribute to their memory.

Many choose to invite funeral guests to make donations instead of giving flowers. This is a powerful and lasting way to have your loved one remembered, supporting a cause that deeply mattered to them.

Where will our donations go?

Your donation can be directed toward an area of your choosing or an area that will best reflect your loved one’s legacy, such as medical services, equipment or research.

If you wish to learn more about how to create a tribute page or invite others to do so, please contact us.

The EMF will be pleased to support you with:

  • Notifications to next-of-kin of any gifts we receive and where they will be directed
  • Tallying of how much your fundraising has raised
  • Tax receipts sent to all who donate

In celebration

To mark a significant milestone or celebration, you may wish to ask for donations in place of gifts at a wedding, a birth, birthday or anniversary.

Where will our donations go?

Your donation can be directed toward an area of your choosing that will best reflect your significant milestone, such as Epworth Maternity.

If you wish to discuss how to create a tribute in celebration, please call Epworth Medical Foundation on 03 9426 6132.

Our team will be pleased to support you with:

  • An invite to contact EMF for tailored forms making requesting and collecting donations easy
  • Tallying of how much your fundraising has raised
  • Tax receipts sent to all who donate.
